SALESFORCE TECH LEAD

Project technical lead of Salesforce implementation project
Analyzing requirements and making effort estimates and participating in presales by creating draft solution proposal
Technical design of solutions and breaking down the requirements to user stories
To support the project team on implementation, review to technical design and implementation
To coaching the developers when they are learning new things and support them to solve independently the challenging issues and requirements
When necessary to build technical teams having people working locally in Finland as well as near shore
Consulting and hands-on implementation work
What we expect from you
At least three years´experience of Salesforce implementation and deployments in technical role (Salesforce platform developer / technical architect / consultant) with Salesforce certificates
Enthusiasm of Salesforce ecosystem: you speak and breath Salesforce
Ability and vision to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems
Open, active, and honest communication and ability to work as a technical leader of small project team(s)
Willingness to work in challenging but interesting customer projects
Good sense of humor, positive attitude, curiosity and solution focused attitude
Good English skills, Finnish skills are beneficial but not mandatory
