We are working mainly within the B2B sector with world class customers who are in the middle of their digital transformation journey. Roger is there to support them all the way through from making sense of what makes sense, designing new or improved digital concepts, getting them in place and ensuring their adoption.
We’re darned good at helping our customers, which has led into a situation where we are short on colleagues. That is why we are now strengthening our team with a new HubSpot Consultant.
Marketing Technologies Consultants are in the core roles in Roger Studio’s marketing and sales digitalization group. They are working with Roger’s world class customers on selected marketing technologies. Instead of the long and structured implementation projects Roger often focuses on supporting its customers business with on-going consultancy. This means that we are able to provide you with a position where you will be in the cross-roads of the business and IT.
You are expected to be the customers’ advisor on any issues related to HubSpot-technology within their organization. That is why we believe that you have solid experience of the platform and quite possibly also HubSpot certifications. In addition to HubSpot demonstrable knowledge or experience from other marketing stack solutions (such as Salesfoce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or Google Marketing Platform) is definitely beneficial for you as well.
Based on your experience and future ambitions you can grow deeper into the technology or to the business side. Either way, you will be working rather independently with the customers while always supported by your colleagues with different backgrounds in business, IT and design.
You’re most likely to succeed in this role if you have:
Solid experience of HubSpot marketing platform. Most likely you also have official certifications as well.
Earlier experience from consultant role is a big plus, but not necessary if you’ve worked with HubSpot-platform on the customer side.
Strong passion and ability to collaborate with customers, your diverse set of colleagues and partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong communications skills and fluency at least in English, but preferably in Finnish as well.
Sense of humour. We prefer dry and darkish, but any kind will do.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver on a deadline. Ability to stay calm under pressure and timelines.
The ability to take a problem-solving approach to business challenges.
