We aim for the goals by helping our customers to build ass-kicking customer experience and gradually digitalizing their marketing, sales and service.

Marketing and Sales Digitalization solutions is one of Roger Studio’s two strategic growth businesses. As part of the growth plan for the business we now have an open role for a digitally savvy salesperson, who knows how to make the magic happen.


The person we’re searching for could be characterized as: an experienced new business professional, energized by new people and opportunities. A specialist in providing marketing and sales improvement services, and ultimately, a go-getter who makes the magic happen.

The person will be responsible for the new business pipeline to Roger Studio’s Marketing and Sales Digitalization business. Your role is to fill the pipeline and push the opportunities through, but you don’t need to do it alone. You are supported by the Head of Business Area, Digital/Martech Strategists and technology consultants, and marketing process.

Roger Studio works with larger organizations  who are willing to take their digitalization to the next level. Therefore, we are searching for a person who already knows what our prospective customers have in their minds and has demonstrable experience of helping them out. We know that nothing is as convincing as eating your own dog food. This means that you are utilizing the digital sales tools to the maximum in your own work. In addition to this Roger supports you with an established new business marketing process producing roughly half of the introduction meetings with new potential customers.

What we expect from you

  • Passion for customers, digital business and modern sales. And ability to understand these.

  • Collaboration and people skills.

  • Earlier experience and demonstrable results of new sales.

  • Ability to identify the customer potential and drive that potential into offers helping the customers to develop their business performance.

  • Sense of humor. Any kind, basically (dry and dark preferred though).

  • Independent, yet team-oriented, approach to work.

  • Languages: English is a must, Finnish helps a lot with local customers and other languages are a bonus.

  • We’re not perfect, but we work towards it. You need to be ok working in an environment that is on the move.

  • Business performance impact for Roger’s business.
